NoFeL SC blank Victoria SC 4-0 in BCL
DHAKA, March 23, 2021 (BSS)- NoFeL Sporting Club blanked Victoria Sporting
Club by 4-0 goals in a match of the Bangladesh Championship League (BCL)
Football held today at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal
Stadium in the city’s Kamalapur.
In the day’s match, Helal scored a brace in the 14th and 53rd minutes
while Nazim and Shagar supported him with one goal each for NoFeL SC in the
30th and 78th minutes respectively.
In the day’s second match, Agrani Bank Limited Sports Club split point
with Fortis Football Club when their match ended in a 1-1 goal draw held at
the same venue.
In the proceeding, Hasanuzzaman put Fortis Football Club ahead in the 21st
minute while after the breather Azad restored the parity scoring a goal for
Agrani Bank in the 48th minute of the match.
Krishno of Fortis Footbal Club and Jabed of Agrani Bank Sports Club were
shown direct red card by referee for their unsporting behavior in the match.
A total twelve renowned clubs are taking part in the league.
The participating clubs are NoFeL Sporting Club, Farashganj Sporting Club,
Victoria Sporting Club, Agrani Bank Limited Sports Club, Fakirerpool
Youngmen’s Club, Dhaka City Football Club, Wari Club, Dhaka Swadhinota Krira
Sangha, Karwan Bazar Pragati Sangha, Dhaka Wanderers Club, Fortis FC Limited
and Uttara Football Club.
