Dr Murad Hasan mourns death of Janakantha Editor Masud
DHAKA, Mar 22, 2021 (BSS) – State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Murad Hasan today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of editor and publisher of Dainik Janakantha Mohammad Atiqullah Khan Masud.
“Veteran journalist Atiqullah Khan Masud had played important role in forging non communal Bangladesh and spreading liberation war spirit among the new generation,” said the state minister in a condolence message here today.
His death will create deep void in the area of non-communal and free thinking which would not be fulfilled easily, he added.
The state minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
