DHAKA, March 22, 2021 (BSS) – Managing Director and Chief Editor of
Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Abul Kalam Azad today expressed profound
shock and sorrow at the death of daily Janakantha editor and publisher
Mohammad Atiqullah Khan Masud.
In a condolence message, Azad, also former press secretary to Prime
Minister Sheikh Hasina, prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and
conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Noted journalist Masud passed away at a city hospital this morning at the
age of 71.
