Barguna blank Pirojpur 4-0 as Tanjila slams hat-trick
DHAKA, March 19, 2021 (BSS)- Tanjila Afroz Hira slammed a brilliant hat-trick saw Barguna district
blanked Pirojpur district by 4-0 goals in a match of the JFA Cup U-14 Women’s National Football
championship held today at Patuakhali venue.
In the day’s match, Tanjila scored hat-trick with all the four goal in the 10th, 13th, 21st and 47th minutes
for the winners’.
In the day’s another match, Jhalokati district edged past Bhola district by a solitary goal scored by Sadia
in the 14th minute held at the same venue.
At Brahmanbaria venue, Cox’s Bazar district defeated Bandarbon district by 2-0 goals.
In the proceeding, Sumi Akter and Arshi Sultana scored one goal each for Cox’s Bazar in the 11th and
44th minutes respectively.
In the day’s other match, Sunamganj district beat Sylhet district by a lone goal scored by Sabita Khatun
in the 35th minute of the match held at the same venue.
At Rajshahi venue, Sirajganj district defeated Gaibandha district by 3-1 goals in the penalty shoot out
after the regulation time ended in a 1-1 goal draw.
In the regulation time, Suruvi scored for Gainbandha in the 48th minute while Mim netted for Sirajganj
in the 52nd minute of the match.
