BUP’s quiz competition on Bangabandhu held
DHAKA, March 17, 2021 (BSS) – The prize giving ceremony of a quiz competition on ‘Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s Glorious Life and His Contribution’ was held today under the arrangement of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).
Quizzers Society run by the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies (FASS) of BUP arranged the prize giving ceremony at Bijoy Auditorium on BUP premises.
The aim of the competition was to make the students more knowledgeable, competent and qualified about the glorious life and contribution of Bangabandhu.
In the prize giving ceremony, Asaduzzaman Noor, MP, was the present as the chief guest and distributed prizes among the winners.
As part of celebration of the birth anniversary of the great architect of independence, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, and National Children’s Day-2021, BUP arranged such competition.
The competition started on March 4, 2021 and ended on March 17, 2021.
About 1,500 contestants from different colleges and universities participated in the two-week long competition.
Among others, BUP high officials, faculty members, students, invest guests, journalist were also present in the competition.
