BTF’s 10-day special sports programmes begins
DHAKA, March 17, 2021 (BSS)- The Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation’s (BTF)
ten-day special sports programmes began today, marking the birth centenary of
Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, said a Bangladesh
Taekwondo Federation press (BTF) release.
National Sports Council (NSC) Secretary Mohammad Masud Karim inaugurated
the ten-day programmes as the chief guest held at the NSC conference room.
Special ‘doa mahfil’, cutting cake and children art competition were held
on the first day of the ten-day programmes.
In this special sports programme, Bangabandhu’s love and affection towards
the sports will be presented to the people through digitally, various
placards and banners.
The main intend of the federation is to highlight sports-friendly
Bangabandhu’s cherished dream to the people across the country.
