President mourns death of Barrister Maudud
DHAKA, March 16, 2021 (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of renowned lawyer and BNP leader Barrister Moudud Ahmed.
In a condolence message, the head of the state prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Eighty-year old former law minister Moudud breathed his last around 6:30pm (Bangladesh standard time) at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore.
