AL’s national committee member Abdul Awal Sarker passes away
DHAKA, March 9, 2021 (BSS) – Awami League (AL) National Committee member
Abdul Awal Sarker passed away in the early hours of today at the age of 78.
He breathed his last at around 1am, according to AL press release here
today.
Awal Sarker, also former president of Cumilla North district of Awami
League, left behind his wife, four daughters, relatives and well wishers to
mourn his death.
Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister
Obaidul Quader expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of the ruling
party’s national committee member Abdul Awal Sarker.
He prayed for eternal peace of the department soul and conveyed deep
sympathy to the bereaved family members.
