3,02,921 get COVID-19 vaccines in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, March 3, 2021 (BSS) – The total number of the coronavirus
(COVID-19) vaccine recipient citizens rose to 3,02,921 with immunisation of
more 10,904 people today at different government hospitals in Chattogram city
and district.
Among the vaccine recipients, 1,78,670 are males and 1,24251 are females,
said Dr Sheikh Fazle Rabbi, civil surgeon of Chattogram district.
“All vaccine recipient people are leading normal life without remarkable
side effects following immunization since February 7 last,” Dr. Rabbi said.
The vaccination drive was conducted at 25 hospitals in the city and
district.
Meanwhile, a total of 85 more people were tested positive for COVID-19
today after testing 1704 samples at six laboratories in Chattogram. With the
new infected persons the total number of coronavirus infected patients raised
35193 in the district.
