NOAKHALI, Feb 23, 2021 (BSS) – Cows, goats, van-auto rickshaw, shops, and sewing machines were distributed among 33 beggar men in order to rehabilitate them in the town this morning.
Chattogram Divisional commissioner A B M Azad distributed the material incentives as the chief guest at a function held at the Conference Room of the Deputy Commissioner with DC Khorshed Alam in the chair.
A large number of government officials and journalists were present.
A B M Azad said 100 beggars will be rehabilitated in the district on the Mujib Year.
