Indian markets close lower
MUMBAI, Feb 22,2021 (BSS/XINHUA) – Indian markets closed extremely lower on Monday.
Except metal, all other sectoral indices ended in the red. Also, both BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices shed over 1 percent.
The benchmark S&P, BSE Sensex closed at 49,744.32, 1145.44 points or 2.25 percent down compared to its previous close at 50,889.76.
