Russell mourns death of ATM Shamsuzzaman
DHAKA, Feb 20, 2021 (BSS)- State Minister for youth and Sports Mohammad Zahid Ahsan Russell, MP, today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of renowned actor ATM Shamsuzzaman.
In a condolence message, the state minister prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
He said,”ATM Shamsuzzaman has occupied a special place in the field of TV drama and films through his skillful acting. The legendary actor will remain alive in the hearts of people through his acting. His death is an irreparable loss to the cultural arena of the country.”
The noted actor breathed his last at his residence in the capital early today at the age of 80.
