Quader mourns death of ATM Shamsuzzaman
DHAKA, Feb 20, 2021 (BSS) – Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Ekushey Padak winner renowned actor ATM Shamsuzzaman.
In a condolence message, Quader prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Eminent actor, Ekushey Padak -2015 and Bangladesh National Film Award winner, ATM Shamsuzzaman, passed away at his residence at city’s Sutrapur area early this morning.
He was 80. The veteran actor was suffering from old-age complications for a long time, family sources said.
