Agrani Bank, Karwan Bazar post win in BCL
DHAKA, Feb 18, 2021 (BSS) – Karwan Bazar Pragati Sangha and Agrani Bank
Limited Sporting Club won their respective matches of the Bangladesh
Championship League (BCL) Football held today at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy
Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city’s Kamalapur.
In the day’s first match, Karwan Bazar Pragati Sangha beat Victoria
Sporting Club by 2-0 goal.
In the day’s match, Amzad and Saddam scored one goal each for Karwan
Bazar in the 73rd and 90th minutes respectively.
In the day’s second match, Agrani Bank Limited Sporting Club defeated
Wari Club by the same identical margin.
In the proceeding, Titu and Azad netted one goal each for the winning
side in the 84th and 90+3rd minutes respectively.
A total twelve renowned clubs are taking part in the league. The clubs
are NoFeL Sporting Club, Farashganj Sporting Club, Victoria Sporting Club,
Agrani Bank Limited Sports Club, Fakirerpool Youngmen’s Club, Dhaka City
Football Club, Wari Club, Dhaka Swadhinota Krira Sangha, Karwan Bazar Pragati
Sangha, Dhaka Wanderers Club, Fortis FC Limited and Uttara Football Club.
