NARSINGDI July 14, 2018 (BSS)-Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) here disbursed
Taka 80 crore 66 lakh and 21 thousand as agricultural loan among 6031 farmers
through its 21 branches in six upazilas of the district during the last
fiscal year (2017-2018).
Sources concerned said the BKB during the same period realized Taka 70
core 24 lakh and 87 thousand outstanding loans from 6450 borrowers in the
district.
The sources said the BKB took a plan for realizing Taka 83 core 33 lakh
and 25 thousand outstanding loans, including classified ones, for the fiscal
year 2017-18.
But the bank realized Taka 70 crore 24 lakh and 87 thousand through its
branches in the district.
