MINISTERS-VISIT-ISWARDI
Sherif, Yeafesh visit Rooppur Nuclear power plant
ISHWARDI, Pabna, July 13, 2018 (BSS) – Land Minister Shamsur Rahman Sherif
and Science and Technology Minister Architect Yeafesh Osman today visited
Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant and Pabna District Police Line ground.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is expected to inaugurate several projects in
the Pabna district tomorrow, an official release said. She will also
inaugurate first pouring concrete of Rooppur Nuclear Power plant and address
at a public rally on the Pabna District Police Line ground, it added.
The two ministers and local lawmaker Golam Faruq Prince are constantly
monitoring to make Prime Minister’s visit a success.
Science and Technology Secretary Anwar Hossain, Deputy Commissioner Jashim
Uddin, officials of local administration, among others, were present on the
occasion.
