12 held for taking drugs in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Feb 7, 2021 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested 12 persons for taking drugs in Rehaichar area of Chapainawabganj municipality today.
An operation team of RAB-5 conducted an anti-drug drive in the area from 12 noon and arrested them while they were taking hemp and heroin, RAB sources said.
The team also recovered hemp and heroin from them.
Later, they were handed over to the police of Sadar Model Police Station.
A case was filed in this connection.
