Spain restricts arrivals from Brazil, S.Africa over virus
MADRID, Feb 02, 2021 (BSS/AFP) – Spain announced Tuesday that it would
restrict arrivals from Brazil and South Africa by air to try to reduce the
spread of new coronavirus variants.
Only legal residents or nationals of Spain and the microstate of Andorra
will be allowed in from Brazil and South Africa under rules which come in
force on Wednesday and last two weeks, government spokeswoman Maria Jesus
Montero told a news conference.
