DHAKA, Feb 2, 2021 (BSS) – Prime Minister and Awami League (AL)
President Sheikh Hasina today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the
death of former Gana Parishad member and an organizer of the country’s
Liberation War in 1971 Khondoker Abdul Malek Shahidullah.
In a condolence message, the premier prayed for eternal peace of the
departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Shahidullah, also former Mymensingh district AL Organizing Secretary,
breathed his last at 3 pm today at his residence at the age of 85.
He left behind two sons a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his
death.
