NURUSSAFA-DEATH-ANNIVERSARY
10th death anniversary of Information Minister’s father Nurussafa Talukder
tomorrow
DHAKA, Feb 1, 2021 (BSS) – The 10th death anniversary of eminent lawyer
Advocate Nurussafa Talukder, father of Information Minister and Awami League
Joint General Secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud, will be observed tomorrow.
Marking the anniversary, Quran khawni and milad mahfil will be arranged at
Alif Mim Jame Mosque on Mousumi residential area next to information
minister’s residence in Chattogram city.
Besides, prayers will also be held at Chattogram Court Jame Mosque and his
own residence at Rangunia upazila in Chattogram.
Nurussafa Talukder, one of the organizers of the Liberation War, served as
president of Greater Chattogram Ainjibi Samity and public prosecutor of
Chattogram.
Family members requested all relatives, well-wishers and admirers to
pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
