PANCHAGARH, January 24, 2021(BSS)- Railways Minister Md Nurul Islam Sujon said that a horticulture center would be built in Putimary area under Boda upazila of Panchagarh district at a cost of Taka 15 crore.
The center would be built on 10 acres of land. After completion, the center will provide saplings to the farmers at lesser price.
The minister said these after visiting the site of the horticulture center on Saturday as the chief guest.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Panchagarh Sabina Yeasmin, Police Super Yousuf Ali, Project Director Mehedi Masud, UNO of Boda Solayman Ali and others were present.
Earlier, the minister distributed 5 hundreds blankets among the cold-hit people in Boda pourosova area of Boda upazila of the district.
