DHAKA, Jan 14, 2021 (BSS) – The Arabic month Jamadi-us-Sani of 1442 Hijri will begin tomorrow as the new moon of the sixth month of the lunar calendar was sighted in country’s skyline today.
National Moon Sighting Committee announced the decision this evening after holding a review meeting on moon sighting at the Islamic Foundation (IF) in Baitul Mukarram National Mosque here, said a press release.
State Minister for Religious Affairs Md Faridul Haque Khan presided over the meeting, it said.
