CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Jan 12, 2021 (BSS)- Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) distributed 200 blankets among the poor cold-hit people of frontier Bakherali area in Chapainawabganj sadar upazila this morning.
Rajshahi Sector Commander of the BGB Colonel Tuhin Mohammad Masud distributed the blankets as the chief guest.
Among others, Commanding Officer of 53 Battalion Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Suruj Mia, Assistant Director Md. Mahfuzur Rahman and Bakherali Company Commander Subedar Shawkat Ali were present while distributing the blankets.
Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Suruj Mia said the blankets were donated by Fakir Group Foundation and distributed under the management of 53 Battalion of the BGB.
