ORIENTATION-WORKSHOP (with picture)
Workshop on disease specific accounts held in Rangpur
RANGPUR, Jan 11, 2021 (BSS) – An orientation workshop on ‘Bangladesh
Disease Specific Accounts-2015’ held at the conference room of Deputy
Commissioner in the district Collectorate Building here today.
The Health Services Division of the Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare with the assistance of the district Administration organised the
awareness raising workshop abiding by the health directives in the wake of
the coronavirus pandemic.
Director General (Additional Secretary) of the Health Economics Unit of
the Health Services Division Dr Md. Shahadat Hossain Mahmud was present in
the event as the chief guest.
Rangpur Deputy Commissioner Md. Asib Ahsan Rangpur presided over the
workshop participated by the officials of different levels of the district
health department.
The chief guest emphasised the need for ensuring the health safety of
the people and urged the participants to ensure a modern medical system and
take health service activities to protect the public health.
