NARSINGDI, Jan 5-(BSS)- A day long media workshop for raising awareness on prevention of COVID 19 and Dengu was held at Civil Surgeon office today .
The workshop was jointly organized by Communicable disease Control, Health Education and Promotion, Health and Education Bureau and Department of Health and Family Planning.
Dr Munni Das, medical officer of the Civil Surgeon office delivered the power point presentation while Civil Surgeon Narsingdi Dr Nural Islam presided over the workshop.
Dr Abu Kawsar Suman, Upazila Health and family Planning officer, Sadar Narsingdi also addressed the workshop.
Among others General Secretary of Narsingdi Press club Mohammad Mazharul Parvez, BSS Correspondent Mohammad Abu Taher, Former president Nabaran Roy, Vice President Fazlul Hoque, among others addressed.
Mohammad Zahangir Hossain Bhuiyan Assistant Chief Bureau of Health and Education, Director General of Health Service (DGHS) and Mohammad Zakir Hossain, Senior Health and Education officer, DGHS also spoke.
