70 get blankets in Gaibandha
GAIBANDHA, JAN 01, 2021 (BSS)- A total of 70 trangenders, living at David Company Para of the district town, got blankets from the district administration on Thursday to mitigate their sufferings caused by cold wave.
On the occasion, a function was held at the hall room of the Circuit House of the town with Sadar UNO Rafiul Alam in the chair.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Abdul Matin attended the function and addressed it as the chief guest.
NDC SM Foyez Uddin and other officials of the district administration were present on the occasion.
