2 drug peddlers held with 993 yaba pills in Natore
RAJSHAHI, Dec 31, 2020 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), in an anti-crime drive, arrested two alleged drug peddlers with 993 pieces of yaba tablets from Lalpur upazila in Natore district last night.
The arrested persons were identified as Emdadul Haque, 45, and Selim Reja, 38.
A team of the elite force, being informed, conducted a raid in Nagshosha area adjacent to the Bilmaria Bazar of the upazila and arrested the duo with the tablets around 9.30 pm red-handed, RAB sources said here today.
A case was recorded with Lalpur police station and the arrested persons along with the seized goods were handed over to police.
