Jesmin Anwar passes away
DHAKA, Dec 25, 2020 (BSS) – Jesmin Anwar, younger sister of state minister for water resources Colonel (retd) Zahid Faruque, died at her residence here on Thursday night.
She was 57, said public relations officer of the ministry Asif Ahmad.
Jesmin, wife of former Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police Md Anwar Hossain, breathed her last at 8pm last night.
She is survived by her husband, two sons, a daughter and a host of relatives, well-wishers and admirers.
She was buried at Banani graveyard following a namaz-e-janaza after Jumma prayers today. Deputy Minister for Water Resources AKM Enamul Haque Shamim joined the janaza.
