DHAKA, Dec 23, 2020 (BSS) – An unidentified woman was killed after a private car hit her in front of Railway Employees Government Hospital here this morning.
Police inspector Md Bacchu Miah of Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) police outpost confirmed the incident to BSS.
Being seriously injured, the woman was rushed to DMCH, where on-duty doctors declared her dead at 8:30 am, said a hospital source.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately, the police inspector added.
The body was kept at the hospital morgue for postmortem. Shahbag thana police was informed about the incident.
