SYLHET, Dec 20, 2020 (BSS) – Two brothers were killed and another injured when a bus hit their motorbike on the Sylhet-Dhaka highway in Daksin Surma’s Rashidpur area here today afternoon.
The deceased were identified as Tarek Ahmed, 30, and his brother Masum, 28, sons of Kutub Uddin of Dawlotpur in Golapganj.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Daksin Surma Thana Akhter Hossain said the accident took place in the area when the bus hit a motorcycle from the opposite direction at around 2.30 pm, leaving two bike riders dead on the spot and another one injured.
The injured one was sent to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital.
