Ex AL lawmaker Shamsuddin Ahmed passes away
DHAKA, Dec 20, 2020 (BSS) – Advisory council member of Manikganj district Awami League (AL) and former lawmaker from the Manikganj-2 constituency Shamsuddin Ahmed passed away while undergoing treatment at a hospital here today.
He was 75, said an AL press release here.
Shamsuddin left behind his wife, two sons, two daughters and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Shamsuddin.
In a condolence message, Quader prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
