DHAKA, Dec 18, 2020 (BSS) – Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Md Sirajul Haque, former vice-president of BGMEA and elder brother of AL Commerce and Industries Secretary Md Siddiqur Rahman.
In a condolence message, she prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Sirajul Haque passed away while undergoing treatment at a hospital in the city at 11.05 pm on Thursday at the age of 78.
He is survived by his wife, three sons, two daughters and a host of relatives and admirers.
