1 killed in road accident in Kalia
NORAIL, Dec 16, 2020 (BSS) – One person was killed in a road accident near Patkelbari area of Kalia upazila under Norail district today .
The dead was identified as Alip Sheikh (17), son of Kalu Sheikh of Muldair village and a driver of an excavator , Officer-In-charge of Kalia police station Rofikul Islam told BSS.
The accident took place this afternoon when Alip got off his excavator suddenly a tractor hit him from behind leaving him severely injured.
The locals rushed him to the Norail Sadar Hospital where attending doctors declared him dead around 1:30 pm.
