5.6-magnitude quake hits south of the Fiji Islands: USGS

HONG KONG, Dec. 14, 2020 (BSS/Xinhua) – An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 jolted south of the Fiji Islands at 01:57:10 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 529.88 km, was initially determined to be at 23.9174 degrees south latitude and 179.8698 degrees east longitude.
