Chandpur district register victory in Bangabandhu Football tournament
DHAKA, Dec 7, 2020 (BSS) – Chandpur district continued their winning streak in the ‘Mujib Barsho’ Bangabandhu Football Tournament beating Brahmanbaria district by a solitary goal in a match held today at MA Aziz Stadium in Chattogram.
After the barren first half, Nazmul finally broke the deadlock scoring the all-important goal for Chandpur in the 77th minute of the match.
The tournament is being held to celebrate the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
