New Zealand reports no new cases of COVID-19

WELLINGTON, Dec 4, 2020 (BSS/XINHUA) – New Zealand reports no new cases of
COVID-19 on Friday, the first time in several weeks.

Nine previously reported cases have now recovered, so the country’s total
number of active cases is 61. The total number of confirmed cases remains at
1,713, according to the Ministry of Health.

Laboratories nationwide processed 6,846 tests for COVID-19, bringing the
country’s total number of tests completed to date to 1,298,455, said a
ministry statement.

Laboratories are processing the day 9 swabs of the Pakistan men’s cricket
team, which were taken on Thursday. Full results are pending, it said.
