CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Dec 3, 2020 (BSS) -The production of Transplanted Aman (T-Aman) has crossed the target this year in the district.
According to the district office of the Department of Agriculture Extension (DAE), T-Aman was cultivated on a total of 53,220 hectares of land in the district with the production target of 1,57,531 metric tonnes of rice.
The sources added that farmers of the district have completed harvesting of the paddy and a total of 1,66,578 metric tonnes of rice has been produced in the district.
