Jamie’s presence in team to boost up players; Sobuj

DHAKA, Dec. 2, 2020 (BSS)-Bangladesh national football team’s observer and Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) member Imtiaz Hamid Sobuj today said head coach Jamie Day’s presence in the team would boost up the players ahead of the tough match against Qatar.

“We’re very happy that our head coach Jamie Day will land in Qatar today and hoped he will be with the team on December 4 match. I think if Jamie be with the team, then the team’s speed will be increased and the players will be a good mood and we hope the team will bring a good result… the other coaches of the team are also happy that Jamie is returning in the team and we hope that we’ll able to preset a good brand of football to the nation,” said Sobuj through a video message today.

Footballer Saad Uddin through a video message today said, “we had very good match related training session today and we’ll have official training tomorrow (Thursday) in the stadium.”

He also sought bless to all so that they can perform good in the December 4 match and hoped to return home with good result.

Meanwhile, the Bangladesh national football team had their training session from 10 am to 11.30 am at Al Aziziyah Boutique (Super Club; Pitch 1), Doha. In today’s practice session included match related practice, according to a message received here from BFF today.

The spectators will be allowed to enjoy the match in the stadium. A total of 1,800 tickets will go for sale for the spectator that means 20 percent of the total capacity of the stadium.

The Bangladesh–Qatar FIFA WC Qualifying round match will kick off at 7 pm (local time) at Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium in Qatar.

The booters have given the COVID 19 Sample today for the December 4 match.
