Law minister mourns death of ICT probe body coordinator

DHAKA, Nov 29, 2020 (BSS) – Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) Investigation Agency coordinator Md Abdul Hannan Khan.

Terming Khan an efficient, brave, experienced and noble person, the law minister in a message of condolence, said he successfully worked in probing sensational cases like Bangabandhu murder trial, jail killing case and cases of crimes against humanity.

“A big void has been created in the investigation agency by his death,” Anisul Huq said.

The law minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.

Md Abdul Hannan Khan, a valiant Freedom Fighter, died of Covid-19 at the capital’s Combined Military Hospital (CMH) this afternoon.
