Russia’s COVID-19 cases up 27,100 to 2,242,633
MOSCOW, Nov 28, 2020 (BSS/XINHUA) – Russia registered 27,100 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, taking its total to 2,242,633, the country’s COVID-19 response center said in a statement Saturday.
Meanwhile, 510 new deaths were reported, taking the nationwide count to 39,068.
Moscow, the country’s worst-hit region, reported 7,320 new cases, taking the city’s tally of infections to 592,415, the response center said.
According to the statement, 1,739,470 people have recovered, including 27,296 over the past day.
So far, over 75.4 million tests have been conducted across the country.
