JaPa chairman mourns death of Muniruzzaman
DHAKA, Nov 24, 2020 (BSS) – Jatiya Party (JaPa) Chairman and deputy leader of the opposition in Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Golam Mohammad Quader today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of acting Editor of the daily Sangbad and noted columnist Khandaker Muniruzzaman.
In a condolence message, the JaPa chairman said Muniruzzaman was a dedicated and fearless journalist. His role for the development of skills of journalists and protection of their rights will be remembered ever, he added.
His death is irreparable loss to the country’s mass media, said the JaPa chairman.
Golam Mohammad Quader prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
