DHAKA, Nov 20, 2020 (BSS) – Information Minister and Awami League (AL) Joint General Secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of valiant freedom fighter and Jatiya Sramik League President Fazlul Haq Montu.
In a message of condolence, he said, “Fazlul Haq Montu will be remembered for his heroic contribution in the great liberation war and struggle for realizing the rights of the workers”.
The minister also prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Fazlul Haq Montu died at a hospital here at around 4am today at the age of 71.
