Oath taking ceremony of 2 UP Chairmen held
NARSINGDI, Nov 18,2020 (BSS) The oath taking ceremony of the newly elected two union parishad chairmen was held at Deputy Commissioner’s conference room yesterday evening.
Deputy Commissioner(DC) yeda Farhana Kawnine administrated the oath to the two newly elected chairmen.
The newly elected chairmen are Mominul Hoque of Karimpur union under Narsingdi Sadar Upazila and Haji Salim of Adiabad union under Raipura upazila.
Deputy Director of the Local Government Mohammad Razaur Rahman Siddique, Nirbahi officer, Raipura Upazila Mohammad Shofiqul Islam and Nirbahi Officer Narsingdi Sadar upazila Taslima Aktar among others were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, DC urged the newly elected chairmen to work with utmost responsibility and devotion for welfare of the people in their locality .
