Bangabandhu 1st Div. Basketball League inaugurated
DHAKA, Nov 12, 2020 (BSS)- Bangabandhu UneMed UneHealth 1st Division Basketball League was formally inaugurated today (Thursday)) at Dhanmondi Wooden Floor Gymnasium in the city.
Bangladesh Basketball Federation (BBF) and Bangladesh Medical Association’s president former lawmaker Dr Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin and UneMed UneHealth Pharmaceutical deputy managing director Nazmul Hossain jointly inaugurated the meet as the chief guest and special guest respectively.
BBF general vice president Mainul Ahsan Monju, BBF general secretary lieutenant commander AK Sarkar (retd.), BBF treasurer Wasif Ali and UneMed UneHealth Pharmaceutical officials,among others, were present in the inauguration ceremony.
A total of five teams are taking part in the league. The five teams are Joshe Fights Club, Old DOHS,Cantineon, Raith Club and Mohammadpur BC.
