DHAKA, Nov 12, 2020 (BSS) – Barishal district Awami League (AL) Vice President Mashiur Rahman Minto has passed away while undergoing treatment at the United Hospital in the city.
He breathed his last on Wednesday night at the age of 76, said a press release here today.
Mashiur left behind his wife, a daughter and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
AL General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Mashiur Rahman.
In a condolence message, the minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
