Magura district moves final as Tonni slams hat-trick
DHAKA, Nov 10, 2020 (BSS)- Tonni slammed a brilliant hat-trick as host Magura district went goal feast as they crushed Rajbari district by 9-0 drubbing to emerge venue champion to reach the final round of JFA U-14 National Women’s Football Championship held today at Asaduzzaman District Stadium in Magura.
Apart from Tonni’s hat-trick with three goals, Khaleda Akhi and Sathi scored a brace each for Magura district in the one-sided affairs.
At Naogaon district stadium, Shonkranti Bala scored a brilliant hat-trick saw Rajshahi district blanked Chapainawabganj district by 4-0 goals.
In the day’s match, Shonkranti scored all the four goals for the winning side.
In the day’s another match, Gaibandha district defeated Noagaon district by 2-0 goals with Shima and Juthi scored one goal each for Gaibandha held at the same venue.
At Madaripur district stadium, Madaripur district drubbed Manikganj district by 4-0 goals.
In the day’s match, Shadhona and Shoma Akter struck twice each for the winning side.
In another match held at the same venue, Barguna district defeated Patuakhali district by 3-0 goals.
In the day’s match, Tanjila Afroz scored twice after Sharmin opened an account for Barguna scoring the first goal very early in the match.
