Gaibandha post big win in JFA U-14 women’s football
DHAKA, Nov. 9, 2020 (BSS)- Gaibandha district recorded a massive win as they blanked Joypurhat district by 5-0 goals in a first round match of the JFA U-14 National Women’s Football Championship held today at Naogaon district stadium in Nagaon.
In the day’s match, Shirin scored a brace while Sabrina, Joti and Shurovi supported her with one goal each for Gaibandha.
In the day’s other match, Rajbari district defeated Jessore district by 2-0 goals held at Asaduzzaman district stadium in Magura with Tamanna and Akhi scored one goal each for Rajbari.
In another match, host Magura district beat Shariatpur district by the same identical margin also held at the same venue after Shariatpur district refused to play the match.
