Kishoreganj go goal feast in JFA U-14 women’s football
DHAKA, Nov 4, 2020 (BSS) – Kishoreganj district, riding on three hat-tricks, went goal feast as they crushed Gazipur district by 11-0 goals in a match of the JFA U-14 National Women’s Football Championship held today at Rafiquddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Mymensingh.
In the day’s match, Jhuma Akter and Kanon Akter scored hat-trick with four goals each while Shorna Akter slammed hat-trick with three goals for Kishoreganj in the one-sided affairs.
In the day’s other match, Netrokona district overpowered Jamalpur district by 5-2 goals held at the same venue.
At Kushtia district Stadium in Kushtia, Shanta Khatun scored a brilliant- hat-trick each as Narail district dumped Chuadanga district by 8-0 goals.
In the day’s match, Shanta scored a hat-trick with four goals while Khadiza and Lata Akter scored a brace each for the winners.
In the day’s other match held at the same venue, Tangail district edged past Jhenaidah district by a lone goal scored by Kacifa Khatun.
At Dinjapur district stadium in Dinajpur, Mitu Akter slammed a brilliant hat-trick as Panchagarh district blanked Lalmonirhat district by 8-0 goals.
In the day’s match, Mitu scored a hat-trick with four goals and Taposhi scored a brace while Brishty Rani and Mishu Akter added one goal apiece for Panchagarh.
At Laxmi district Stadium in Laxmipur, Khagrachhori district, rode on Ria Chakma’s brilliant hat-trick, drubbed Comilla district by 7-0 goals.
In the day’s match, Ria Chakma scored a hat-trick with three goals while Painuching Marma, Hanchi Chowdhury, Howmogni and Dhonanchi Marma scored one goal each for the winning side.
In the day’s other match, Laxmipur district beat Noakhali district by a solitary goal after the host district got a walkover against Noakhali district.
