NATORE, Nov 1, 2020 (BSS) – Two people were crushed under trains in separate incidents in Sadar and Lalpur upazilas of the district today.
The deceased were identified as- Jewel, 30 and Askan Ali, 55.
Natore Railway Station Master Ashok Chakraborty said Jewel committed suicide by jumping under a train in Amhati area of Sadar upazila at around 2pm.
Besides, Askan was killed when he was hit by a train in Islampur Baora Bridge area of Lalpur upazila at around 10:30 am, the station master said.
Railway Police recovered the bodies and sent those to Natore Sadar Hospital morgue.
Two separate cases were filed with Santahar Railway Police Station in these regards.
