National science, technology fair begins in Shariatpur
DHAKA, Oct 31, 2020 (BSS) – A five-day national science and technology fair began today at Shariatpur Government Girls’ High School auditorium on the occasion of the 41th national science and technology week.
Deputy Commissioner Md Parvez Hasan inaugurated the fair at a function as the chief guest while Additional deputy commissioner Shamim Hossain presided over it.
As many as 14 stalls have been set up at the fair. A good number of visitors including students and ICT experts thronged the fair.
Among others, Principal of Shariatpur Government College Harun-or-Rashid, Police Super SM Ashrafuzzaman, UNO Md Mahabur Rahman Sheikh, General Secretary of Zila Awami League Anol Kumar Dey and District education officer Emarot Hossain Miah were present at the function.
